After more than 20 years championing gender equity and supporting over 60,000 leaders, we’ve made the difficult decision to wind down Women & Leadership New Zealand program delivery across 2026.
Our mission has always been clear. To provide a safe space for leaders to grow, and to support the creation of more inclusive workplaces.
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished over the last two decades and the community of leaders we’ve helped to create.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our alumni, delegates, clients, speakers, and partners. Whilst our chapter is coming to a close, the impact of Women & Leadership New Zealand’s work will continue to live on through yours.
There is an opportunity to take part in the final intake of our flagship women’s leadership programs. Visit our website to learn more - https://loom.ly/8dyl9zA
There are too many highlights from our programs and events 20+ years to list here, but we’d love to hear any of yours in the comments.

We’re proud to highlight Dellwyn Stuart and the impact she continues to make for gender equity in Aotearoa.
Real progress takes more than good intentions. It takes data, advocacy and leaders willing to challenge the status quo.
Through her work as the co-founder of the Mind the Gap campaign and as a board member of the National Council of Women of New Zealand, Dellwyn continues to push for fairness, transparency and meaningful change.

We talk a lot about finding mentors, but have you ever thought about becoming one?
We often picture mentors as extremely senior leaders, but mentoring is really about sharing your experience, supporting others, and learning together.
If you’ve navigated challenges and grown in your career, you already have what it takes to make a real impact.
Who knows, you might even find yourself practising reciprocal mentoring with your new mentee.
Our Expert Mentor Program helps you build the skills and confidence to create meaningful mentoring relationships. The next course starts 1 April, Early Bird discounts apply.

AI is already changing the way we work. Recently, our community told us that while many use it daily to boost productivity, a significant number are still experimenting or haven’t started at all.
This shows that AI is not just a tool, it’s a skill we are all learning in different ways.
We would love to hear from you. How are you using AI in your role and what has made the biggest difference for you? Or if you are not using it yet, what is holding you back?
