I'm surprised to see the rating drop and the many recent negative reviews. My son has been learning to swim here for two years now, and not only has he grown more confident in the water and built better strength, but most importantly he genuinely enjoys every lesson.
Most instructors are very professional and kind - especially Taylor, who is always energetic and goes above and beyond in her classes.
Having read through the recent feedback, I'd encourage management to take it openly and assess what can be done to improve the customer experience. For example, if there is any ambiguity around the unlimited lesson replacement policy, consider making the specific conditions clear at sign-up to avoid disputes down the line. Communications with customers are key, keeping them informed and checking in regularly can make a big difference.
