From tiny leaves to colourful blooms, our toddlers are asking, *“What can I make? What will happen?”* — turning natural materials into endless possibilities for **curiosity, inquiry and intentional learning.** 🌱✨

🍽️✨ **Little chefs, big imaginations!** 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Our tamariki are busy cooking up a storm in their **pretend kitchen**! Through dramatic play, they are exploring everyday experiences, building language, social skills, cooperation and confidence — while creating their own little stories together. 🥣🥕💛

**From serving up imaginary meals to sharing ideas, every moment is rich with learning.** 🌱

Tamariki enjoyed a beautiful celebration of Mexican culture! They learned to count in Spanish, discovered new Spanish words, explored a map of Mexico, and learned about wonderful inventions from the country. We are so grateful to our whanau for sharing their culture, language and traditions with us. Our beautiful Mexican display is also on show in our centre.

Cardboard tubes, cups and loose parts may look simple, but they are powerful tools for learning. Through exploration and experimentation, our tamariki are developing problem-solving skills, mathematical thinking, fine motor coordination and early engineering concepts—all through the joy of play. 🌱✨

This is why we say: it’s not just play. It’s learning in action.

A little imagination, a big stretch, and suddenly we’re reaching for our very own pot of gold! 🌈💫

Today, we were delighted to welcome Aldrin Tay back to the Lollipops Millennium whānau!

Aldrin was one of our children's most loved kaiako before heading overseas for a few years. His warmth, kindness, and genuine connections with tamariki left a lasting impression on many of our families.

We're so excited to have him back where he belongs and can't wait to see the wonderful relationships and learning experiences he'll continue to nurture.

Nau mai hoki mai, Aldrin! We're so happy to have you back at Lollipops Millennium. 💙
