Last week in Wellington we “beamed” our Auckland based locked-down trainer, Sarah, in to lead our live class in Benefits training. All feedback to date has been very positive about the format. Our delegates still got to gather all together for social interaction and learning discussions which are such an important part of training, and while fully virtual training allows for this, we appreciate it is not quite the same when online. The exams were still held as part of the course but moved to online.

While there is more reliance on technology and our wonderful venue staff, we will certainly consider this for more classes where our trainer is unable to join in person but the class can gather and enjoy the environment away from work/home distractions.
