From Polyfest, to the School Fair, and everything in between, it has been a busy term for our community. Most of all, it’s been great to see our young men step up, represent, and carry themselves well across all spaces.

What a day, and what a week it’s been. Many of our families backed up from Polyfest over the past few days and showed up again for the school fair. We see you and we appreciate you 🙌🏽

Thank you to everyone who came through to support our Tongan stall, and to all our families and volunteers who helped prepare, serve, and keep things moving on the day ❤️

✅🇹🇴 Polyfest 2026

What a journey it has been 🙌🏽 From weeks of practice to seeing our young men take the stage in front of thousands, and the weather came through for us on the day ☀️

Our boys performed with pride, presenting the mā‘ulu‘ulu at 9:40am and closing with the mako closer to 2:00pm 🔥 It was something special to witness.

Mālō ‘aupito to our families for the love and support, especially in dressing our young men in their full teunga for both performances 👕🌺 A special mention to our mothers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, coordinating, preparing, and making sure every boy was ready. It truly takes a village ❤️

A special thank you to our Punake, Taka Vuni, for your guidance, time, and energy poured into our boys 🙏🏽 We are truly grateful.

It’s always emotional seeing our sons step up, give their all, and proudly carry and showcase our heritage 🇹🇴✨ We couldn’t be more proud of the young men of Sangato Petelō.

One of the busiest weeks ahead for our young men, the schools involved, and of course our families. Like every year, it has been a journey and one we are privileged to be part of as we watch our boys proudly showcase their heritage 🙌🏽🌺
