Our studio members have been creating their own tiny clay creatures and now it’s time to choose your ⭐️favourite⭐️

These sculpted miniatures were made by TCC studio members during our Sculpting Small Animals workshops with EVidalD Fluid Art + Ceramics where they learned different techniques for bringing animals to life in clay.

We’re right in the middle of our 10-week Beginners Level 1 Wheel Throwing Course.

This week, we’re getting playful with glaze!

Our wonky wheel-thrown tumblers are getting a layer of wax resist before being dipped in transparent green. The wax creates little pockets where the glaze can’t stick, letting the raw clay peek through and highlighting all those wonderfully wonky curves.

Throw, trim, glaze, experiment, and see what happens! ✨
