Meet Sophie Taylor, our General Manager at Tiny Voices. Sophie brings over 10 years of knowledge and experience, having run 8 childcare centres in New Zealand. Sophie is an integral piece of our Tiny Voices puzzle.

Hi,
We are very excited with the progress of our new centre, Tiny Voices Hobsonville which is set to be open in May. We have a team of 4, but are still on the hunt for Qualified/Registered Head Teachers for both our Infants room and Toddlers room.
We are a purposely built centre with all the facilities needed to make working a dream, with an onsite cafe too!
We offer every member of our team Free Childcare, help with care during school holidays, competitive remuneration, freedom to chose their own Professional Development (and often) 8 days sick leave, paid staff meetings with a healthy cooked dinner, and to work for a company that invests a lot back into the team through various ways.
We are on the look out for leaders who are compassionate, driven, passionate and recognise the value of a good laugh, and also like to socialise outside of work to really become part of our family.
Work would start end of May/beginning of June.
