Here’s one to get behind.
Roady for Roadies is a coast to coast walk raising funds for the incredible work does supporting the people who keep the industry moving when times get tough for them.
If you’ve ever attended any sort of concert, function, conference or festival (I sure hope so..) then behind the glitz, glam and glory are the unsung roadies and crew who make it happen no matter what.
If you can get along to this then your support would be incredible!

Wrapping up 2025!
This year hasn’t been short on challenges or busyness, but through it all we feel like we’ve only gone from strength to strength.
From welcoming new staff members onboard, investing in new equipment, strengthening existing relationships and forming new ones, to delivering standout shows, conferences, concerts, meetings, community events, livestreams and everything else in between, as well as playing supporting roles in some great multi-partnered events across NZ
We’re incredibly thankful for the hard work everyone has put into keeping the The Production Co. train chugging along. She’ll be parked up at the station for a couple of weeks (except for the night crew) before 2026 kicks it all back into motion again. 🚂 🎆 🎉

From the runway at Nesian Threads to the flames of Fiafia Night, we were proud to support the Whau Pasifika Festival with full production and AV, showcasing culture, creativity, and powerful performances across both nights.
Grateful to have played a small part behind the scenes alongside an incredible crew of organisers, performers, designers, and stallholders.
Celebrating stories, identity, and the power of Pasifika communities coming together.

My morning usually starts with a small flatty and a peanutty Vogel… do things different and kick things off with dance floors, DJs and good times! 🪩🎈🎉🎶🕺💃
Such a unique event to get behind down at , even if there was a few early morning yawns in the mix.

A big night for a big cause!
We were quietly doing our thing behind the scenes alongside Auckland Live, , Filament Eleven 11, and Brown Bread Ltd who kept everyone in line.
Together, we helped The Arts Foundation raise a phenomenal $360k for Aotearoa’s creative future. Not bad for a night’s work.
Here’s to keeping the arts thriving in 2025 and beyond.

25 years of NYLD, and over 20 years of proud support.
In the last 25 years New Zealand has seen plenty of changes, the good, the gritty and plenty of “let’s pretend that didn’t happen” moments.
Through it all, one thing has remained constant, the importance of empowering young people to lead with purpose.
We’re proud to have supported NYLD for two decades, helping foster the next generation of thinkers, doers, and change-makers of our Nation.
Here’s to the next 25 years of inspiring leadership.
