Our first ever women’s class in the new space.

This is what we moved for. Our own mats, our own room, and a group of women showing up for each other and for themselves.

Jiu-jitsu can feel intimidating to walk into. It shouldn’t. A women’s class is one of the best ways to start: same technique, same coaching, in a room where everyone is figuring it out together.

Whether you’ve trained before or never stepped on a mat in your life, there’s a place for you here.
