Meet Christine Rohde Jarding, a visiting researcher and master's student from Aalborg University in Denmark π©π°π
Her study explores how vibration therapy at different frequencies can influence brain activity and the connection between muscles and the brain - measuring how the brain responds before and after stimulation π§ πͺ
With potential to support rehabilitation for people with movement challenges, this work sits right alongside what we're exploring - better understanding how the brain and body communicate through the nervous system, and how targeted inputs can help improve function and movement.
We're excited to see where Christine's findings lead and what this could mean for the future of research and rehab - and it's been great to support her work here at the College π
