🎁 FREE Full-Time Childcare for a Year – MyKindy is Giving Back!
We know times are tough, and we want to support families in our community.
That’s why we’re giving away a year of full-time daycare – completely free. No hidden fees, no optional charges. Just genuine support for families who need it.
(Saving up to $16,000 p.a in some cases).

✅ Includes:
• Full-time care, 5 days/week (min. 6 hours/day)
• For children aged 0–4 (not valid for school-aged kids)
• Up to 20 Hours ECE + MyKindy covers the rest
• No fees – ever for one year.

📌 To be eligible:
• Must be a new family (not a returning client)
• Must tour, transition, and start care before 18 August 2025
• Enquiries open until 15 August 2025
• Must call Nikki on 021 227 4739 (between 7am–3pm)
• No texts, voicemails or social messages accepted
• Must meet Ministry of Education enrolment criteria
• Only four places available
• Offer not valid for children requiring additional or specialist care or extra staffing
• Any change to your confirmed enrolment will void the offer
• Does not include van usage

✨️ Our Little Scientist word of the day...Laser ✨️
A laser is an instrument that can produce a powerful beam of light 🔦

Our Preschool tamariki had an awesome Little Scientists session all about lasers and lights.
We explored and played with different types of lasers to discover their properties and then we used chemistry to make our very own test tube lava lamps!
Our kaiako love watching the wonder and awe on their faces, and hearing the giggles of excitement each and every session!
It's learning in the best way...hands on and so fun ✨️

📖 Did you know...
The word laser stands for the scientific words that explain how a laser beam is produced: “light amplification by the stimulated emission of radiation.” In the 1950s scientists came up with the ideas needed to build lasers and the first laser was built in 1960.

Let’s treasure and protect this beautiful language, which connects us to our roots, our ancestors, and our shared identity.

Join in the celebration by learning a few words, sharing Rotuman traditions, or simply spreading the word. Our language and culture are precious gifts that need to be passed on to the next generation. 🌟

We celebrate the retirement of one of our longest standing kaiako Pramod.

Pramod is a beautiful soul who has been an amazing positive influence to the lives of our tamariki and whanau. She is kind, calm and absolutely loves caring for our little ones providing them with a learning environment filled with love and light.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Pramod for the care and education she has provided to so many tamariki over the years. Thank you for being an amazing kaiako, you will be missed by us all.

We wish you nothing but the best for your journey into retirement. Remember this is not goodbye, but see you later...we are whanau forever 🥰
