Hello Zen Den family,
The news of the second lockdown was a bit of a shock to us (much like I am sure many of you) and we haven't known what to say because we are really sad we have had to close our doors temporarily again after feeling finally on the road to recovery following the last! We hope you are all well!

These delicious home-made-guilt-free-everything free toffee pops are to LIVE for!
INGREDIENTS:
Biscuit:
1 cup almond flour
2 Tbsp PureCoco coconut flour
1 Tbsp cashew butter
1 Tbsp PureCoco coconut nectar syrup
1 Tbsp melted PureCoco coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla paste
Large pinch of salt
Caramel:
2 Tbsp cashew butter
2 Tbsp PureCoco coconut nectar syrup
1 Tbsp melted PureCoco coconut oil

We are excited to introduce you to Natasha. She is teaching a beginners pilates course in August at Zen Den. Natasha is a Mat Pilates instructor and freelance Contemporary dancer based in Auckland. She discovered a passion for Pilates during her time training at dance school and found the practice incredibly beneficial for keeping the body mobile and healthy.
With over a decade of dance experience, Natasha has a great understanding of movement and is enthusiastic to help others learn about themselves and feel better in their bodies. Natasha enjoys Pilates as not only a great way to build important everyday strength and flexibility but also as an enjoyable way to move that is suitable for those of all ages and experience.
Natasha's classes offer a variety of exercises to introduce the body into different ways of moving. Expect both a challenge and an emphasis on releasing tension and stress in the body.
