So good to see the Parents giving it a go and find out these exercises were not easy and how time have eroded flexibilities they all once had 😅😅😅!! Use it or lose it they say! Today Sensei Steven Ling graded for his 4th Dan under the watchful eyes of Sensei Roger Pokura. It has been 31 years of continuous training for Sensei Steven to reach this important milestone. Years of dedication and practice. Not very many reach this level in this club. A true testament to all his hard work. We also wish Sensei Steven all the best on his new chapter across the ditch in Australia!!! Osss! We will miss those sparring sessions and that fast left hook of yours that seems to catch everyone!!
