Guitar City Music School, has a room (about 10.25 sqm approx) that will become available this April.

Location is pretty good (Ellerslie Auckland) walking distance from Ellerslie Train Station.

If you are a professional looking for a space to set up your business, come and have a look, it doesn't need to be a music teacher, anything arts would be great too.

WE CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE CHURCHES' GATHERINGS.

The reception area is wider and also available if you'd like to use it, see photos.

Rent is $1,200/ month incl GST and utilities, excluding power to be shared 70/30 between you and me, (peak months' currently around $190)

Learning music leads to amazing things, great brain activity, building relationships among them, but my favorite is to play live the music I love, it reminds me why I picked the guitar the first time and all those hours playing it in my room as a teenager, so I could go on stage and express myself.
