Previously, we've learnt about ANZAC Day - what it is, how to observe it and more! Now let's look at some of the words from that text and focus on their meaning, form and pronunciation.
Tonight at 9pm NZT, I will post some spelling quizzes on My Story. To participate, you must write your answer in the "answer" section, right under the question.
As usual, please write your answer in the comment.

Kia ora, everyone. In my previous 2 posts, I talked about doing
I have never shared this with anybody, but my cousin died from blood cancer - leukaemia. She died young and it was very tragic for everybody involved. Her parents were there when she passed. She was always sick and always had to go to the hospital for treatment. Despite her sickness, she was really strong, a happy-go-lucky and fun person to be around. She loved socialising and making other people laugh. The world became dimmer when she passed. This is why I am adamant about supporting and will be to show my support.
If you would like to join me in this journey, click on the link in bio to donate to help cancer patients and their families. Every little bit counts!

I am joining the movement to raise awareness and funds for those living with blood cancer in New Zealand. Some facs about blood cancer:
1️⃣In NZ, there are about 21,000 people living with blood cancer or a related condition.
2️⃣Blood cancers combined (leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma) are the fifth most common form of cancer in New Zealand.
3️⃣Leukaemia is the most common childhood cancer while lymphoma is the most common cancer in 15 – 24 year-olds.
4️⃣The cause of blood cancers is unknown.
5️⃣These diseases can strike anyone, of any age, at any time, without warning.
6️⃣Immediate treatment may be necessary and that treatment can go on for months or even years.
7️⃣A diagnosis of a blood cancer can have far-reaching consequences. A diagnosis can change a person’s life overnight and has a huge impact on the patients, their family, friends and their income.
