Our Junior, Middle and Senior School students demonstrated Kaitiakitanga by growing and planting 900 native trees at Ngāti Ōtara Park. This is an annual tradition for our kura, and it is amazing to see the growth of the trees each year while doing our part to care for our environment.
A special thank you to Trees for Survival, Auckland Council and Rotary for your constant support. 🌱

Today we gathered as a Collegiate family and opened with prayer and the ‘Ava o le feiloa’iga lead by our Vasega 11 o le Gagana Sāmoa.

We also braved the wind and rain and raised the Samoan flag to mark 64 years of independence and the beginning of Vaiaso o le Gagana Sāmoa.🇼🇸🇼🇸🇼🇸
