🚀 Changes proposed for the Code of Professional Conduct The Code Committee proposes three key changes to the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services to clarify standards of competence, knowledge, and skill:

1️. Recognise Version 3 of the Level 5 certificate.

2️. Maintain Level 5 as the minimum standard for investment planning.

3️. Clarify CPD requirements with principles-based standards.
