This year, the fantastic duo of Mrs.D'Souza and Mrs Ghosh are training our little songbirds for their involvement in the Eden-Albert children's choir.

On Tuesday, Mrs.D'Souza and our wonderful Learning Assistant Marleen took the group out for the first cross-schools rehearsal at Auckland Normal Intermediate - building towards the big gig at Holy Trinity Cathedral!

Awesome to see our students thriving in this important Arts space!

Room 5 went ALL OUT with Ms Lang today, finding Samoa on the map and making some music inspired by Vaiaso o le Gagana Samoa.

Room 16 over in Te Whānau Puāwaitanga got stuck into some learning through song too, as well as getting creative and designing some amazing puletasi and 'elei!

Samoan language week finishes tomorrow with our whole school assembly - all welcome to join!

We asked our tamaiti to memorise the names of some body parts in gagana Samoa - using a very familiar song!
