We had an awesome time soaking up the sights, sounds and flavours at the 2026 Auckland Spring Festival Fair at North Harbour Stadium - a three-day celebration of culture, community, food, performances and family fun to welcome the Lunar New Year in style.

From traditional performances and delicious food stalls to games and laughter with our AKA whānau - thank you to everyone who joined in and made it so special. 💛

Wishing our AKA students, staff and wider community joy, prosperity and good fortune in the Year of the Horse! 🐎✨

新年快乐 | 恭喜发财 🧨

Stepping up, trying something new, and backing each other - that’s what this group is all about 💪

Our Rōpū Waiata & Volunteer Pool students were recognised at a special Certificate Giving Ceremony, celebrating the time, effort, and heart they’ve poured into these groups 💚

Through waiata and volunteering, these students have stepped outside their comfort zones, built confidence, made real connections, and gained skills that matter in study, work, and everyday life.

We are incredibly proud of the effort, commitment, and heart they bring to AKA. This is just the beginning - keep believing in yourselves, keep taking brave steps, and keep growing into the best version of you 🌿👏✨

This year at AKA, we’re grounding ourselves in whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, meaningful mahi, and strong Tikanga. These values guide how we connect, how we care, how we grow, and how we show up for one another - every day.

Here’s to a year of deeper engagement, stronger culture, and growing together.
