Our preschoolers have been busy exploring, creating, and imagining through a variety of engaging learning experiences! 🎨🧱📚

From shaping their ideas with **playdough**, building creative structures with **wooden blocks**, to enjoying exciting **superhero stories**, our tamariki are developing their creativity, imagination, problem-solving skills, language, and confidence through play.

✨ **A Day of Exploration and Learning in Our Centre!** ✨

Our tamariki enjoyed a variety of engaging learning experiences today! They explored **magnetic connectors**, experimenting with different shapes and designs while developing their creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. They also used **wooden blocks** to build imaginative structures, strengthening their spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and perseverance through play.

As part of our daily routine, the pre school children confidently **signed in using their own names**, supporting their early literacy skills, name recognition, independence, and sense of belonging within the preschool environment.

Every experience provided opportunities for our tamariki to learn through play, explore new ideas, and grow in confidence as capable and competent learners.

Indoor and outdoor learning both play an important role in supporting our tamariki's growth and development. Our preschoolers had a wonderful time exploring the magic of colour mixing! 🎨✨ Through hands-on painting experiences, they discovered how primary colours can be mixed to create new colours. This fun and creative activity encouraged curiosity, experimentation, and confidence while developing their early science and art skills. 🌈💛

Today our tamariki came together in a sea of pink to celebrate kindness, friendship, and unity. From pink outfits to creative activities and joyful smiles, the day was filled with warmth and positivity.
Our little learners enjoyed making pink-themed art, engaging in fun group games, and sharing conversations about showing kindness to everyone around us.
