It's a scientific fact that everything is energy.

But how often do we put the things we can SEE as a higher priority than the unseen energy?

I deep down, KNOW, the unseen energy makes up a larger chunk of my personal energy quota, so know it's much more important than aesthetics...yet constantly find myself and others discounting it (often with little awareness we are doing this).

Because we can't measure it, it's easy to forget our unseen energy is actually vital for us to be responsible for, in order to feel aligned in our life with our best and highest self. No one else can do it for you.

I'll be honest. I'm learning how to better be responsible for my unseen energy as I want to be someone who raises the good energy in any room I walk into.

AND it's an ongoing process that takes daily intentionality and even more frequent checking in with myself as life happens. I will own that I will stumble from time to time.

I am learning how it looks to be consistently more intentional with my energy and what that might look like.
