Cherry Music Studio is looking for a fantastic piano teacher to join our team starting in Term 2!
We've been offering 1:1 private music lessons since 2018 at our Mt. Eden branch, and since 2024 at our Hobsonville branch and through partnerships with primary schools.
Our students, primarily Year 1 to Year 8, enjoy personalised 30-minute sessions once a week.

Qualifications:
1. We are seeking a piano teacher with a passion for music who is capable of teaching piano from foundational concepts to intermediate proficiency.
2. Applicants must possess a valid visa that permits legal employment in New Zealand for a minimum duration of one year.
3. For our Hobsonville OR/both Mount Eden Branch, we require candidates who are available to work from 3:30 PM onwards on at least one weekday between Monday and Friday.
4. Optional: We are also looking for candidates who can provide daytime piano instruction at a school in Ellerslie, specifically between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
5. Successful candidates will be able to align their work schedule with the New Zealand primary/middle school calendar, which typically involves a 10-week lesson schedule followed by a 2-week break(no lesson).
The specific work period for this role is from April 20, 2026, to December 19, 2026.
