The students are all back from their big expeditions, it was a very challenging wet time for them all but they all survived! They are looking forward to seeing family and friends tomorrow although many have said they also don't want to leave this wonderful place they have called home for 5 weeks.

On Sunday the students all wrote letters home. Each letter has been photographed and emailed to parents/caregivers this afternoon. Three more sleeps!

It is a gorgeous morning here! The students started today with purple porridge and have now all headed off on their 3 night expeditions. You will get to hear all about it when you see them on Friday :)

This morning half the group went fishing while the other half went and worked on the Hillcrest track. Lots of fun had making better paths, steps and even a stone seat. This afternoon students are preparing for their final expedition. They leave tomorrow morning and will return to Orama on Thursday. Not long to go now...

All groups had a great time on expeditions and tonight have helped Ethan Celebrate his birthday with cake :)

Girls had a great time up on the via Ferrata yesterday, Mr Baxter even went along too. One group of boys helped out at Glenfern in the afternoon and did a bit of cleaning up along the Glenfern Walkway. There was lots of fun with hammers and saws, bashing things and cutting logs so they could be moved out of the way. All groups are off on expedition today, the wind had died down again which is great!
