Last Friday, we celebrated Mother’s Day at Rising Stars Henderson with lots of love, smiles and warm moments.
From our little eyes, it was such a happy day! We welcomed our mums, grandmas, aunties and special people with coffee, yummy treats, flowers and handmade gifts. We felt so proud to share this beautiful morning with the people who love and care for us every day.
At Rising Stars Henderson, we are also lucky to have our wonderful teachers, who care for us with mother-like love. They comfort us, guide us, encourage us and help us feel safe, happy and loved while we are at daycare.
Thank you to all our amazing mums and mother figures. We hope you felt very special, because you are very special to us. 💕

🍊✨ I picked it myself today! ✨🍊

Hi everyone, it’s me! 👋
Today at Rising Stars Henderson, I picked a real orange from our own garden! 😄

I carefully chose one, peeled it (a little bit tricky 🤭), and took a big bite… it was soooo fresh and juicy! 🍊💛

My friends and I stood together, picking and eating fresh produce straight from our garden 🌿☀️ It felt really special because we helped look after these trees, and now we can enjoy them!

I learned that when we grow our own food, it tastes even better 😋 And it makes me feel proud!

Being a little gardener is fun! 🌱

🐰🥚 Today I went on an Easter Egg Hunt! 🥚🐰

Today was so much fun! We went outside and looked everywhere for Easter eggs. 🌿

I found eggs hiding in the grass, near the plants, and in little secret spots! I felt so excited when I found one—I wanted to show everyone! 😊

My friends and I explored together, shared our eggs, and laughed so much. It felt like a big adventure!

Today is a very special day for us! 💛

At Rising Stars, every day is full of fun activities that make me happy… but today is even more exciting because we went to the zoo! 🐆🐒

We walked together, held hands, and explored so many amazing animals. I saw big cats resting, watched monkeys climbing, and even found some animals hiding in the trees! 🌳👀

It felt like a big adventure!

I loved looking through the glass, pointing at the animals, and sharing the moment with my friends. We were laughing, talking, and learning all at the same time. 😊

At Rising Stars Henderson, every day is full of discovery, but days like this make our learning even more meaningful and unforgettable. ✨

🌊☀️ Beach Day at Rising Stars Henderson! ☀️🌊

Today was the BEST day ever!

We wore our togs and turned our playground into a beach! 💦
We splashed, we poured, we squeezed water bottles and made BIG splashes!

The balls were floating everywhere.
Water was flying in the air.
Some of us shouted, some of us laughed, and some of us got VERY wet! 😆

We slid down, we sprayed our friends, and we felt the sunshine on our faces.

It wasn’t the real beach…
but it felt just like one! 🏖️

Can we do it again tomorrow? 💙

🎄✨ Rising Stars Christmas – from a happy little kid! ✨🎄

Today was the BEST day ever at Rising Stars! 😄
All our mums, dads, and families came to celebrate with us, and the whole centre felt warm and full of love. 🤗❤️

We had yummy food, fun face painting 🎨, a super cool bouncing castle where we jumped soooo high 🎈💜, and lots of giggles with our friends. But the MOST exciting part was…

🎅 SANTA CAME TO OUR CENTRE! 🎅
He walked in with his big red suit and snowy beard, and everyone shouted, “Santaaaaa!!”
He even gave us presents — I felt sooooo happy! 🎁✨

Thank you to all the families for making our Christmas party so special.

✨💛 Happy Diwali from us at Rising Stars! 💛✨

Today our centre was full of colours, lights, and laughter!
We made beautiful clay diyas 🪔, painted with all the rainbow colours 🌈, and got sparkly henna on our hands 🌸. The teachers wore bright sarees and there were so many yummy treats to taste 😋.

We danced with ribbons, shared sweets, and learned that Diwali is the Festival of Lights — a time to share love, joy, and kindness with everyone around us 💕.

It was such a happy day! 🌟

🚜💙 My Dad is the Coolest! 💙🚜

Today at Rising Stars, I gave my dad a yummy surprise! 🍪☕
We had a special Father’s Day celebration with coffee, muffins, and a box of goodies just for him! His box even said "Have a great day!" — and I think he really did. 😊

My dad smiled and gave me a big hug. I think he loved the treats, but I know he loved the surprise even more.
He always plays with me, gives me piggyback rides, and tells the funniest jokes. He’s my superhero! 🦸‍♂️💪

Thank you, Rising Stars teachers, for helping us make this day so special. You made it look awesome with trucks, toys, decorations, and love! 💛

🌸💖 Today I Gave My Mum a Surprise! 💖🌸

Shhh... don’t tell anyone… but today I gave my mum a surprise! 🎁
We had a Mother’s Day celebration at Rising Stars and everything looked magical—with big pink flowers, twinkly lights, and yummy treats! 🌸✨

I was so excited because I knew my mum would love it. She smiled so big when I gave her a cookie and coffee. ☕🍪

I also want to say thank you to my teachers at Rising Stars. When I’m at the centre, they are like my mum—they look after me, play with me, give me yummy food every day, and support my growth. 🌱📚💕
