Training and inspiring Big-Thinkers to create their dream lifestyle through personal development. This realization sent me to search for a new direction.

Hi, my name is Katy Genc and I would like to introduce myself so we can get to know each other a little better. I’m a married mum of two school-aged children and one super cute little dog called Max. I live in Auckland, New Zealand ~ ‘the City of Sails’ ~ and love traveling around our beautiful city and country, exploring nature with regular family beach and bush walks, and reading, especially any

🌅 What If One Conversation Changed Everything?

For years, I believed success meant working harder and sacrificing more.

Then I discovered there was another way.

A way to build an income around life instead of building life around work.

🌍 This July and August, I'm excited to be part of a private World Tour, bringing together our company owners, executive leadership team, and business associates in 9 cities across the globe to connect, learn, and explore what's possible.

🚫 Not a motivational seminar.

🚫 Not a sales event.

💫 Just real conversations about business, personal growth, freedom, and what’s possible.

🇳🇿 New Zealand and 🇳🇿 Australia dates:

📍 Auckland – 5 August

📍 Brisbane – 8 August

📍 Sydney – 11 August

📍 Melbourne – 13 August

💌 Attendance is strictly By Invitation Only!

🤔 If you’re curious, comment TOUR or send me a message.

✨ Sometimes one conversation is all it takes 💛

✨ If you had more flexibility in your life… what would you do differently?

It's a simple question, but a powerful one.

Would you spend more time with family?
Travel more?
Exercise without rushing?
Read more books?
Take that course you've been putting off?
Be present for life's important moments instead of trying to squeeze them into the gaps?

For many years, I didn't realise how much of my life was being shaped by someone else's schedule.

I was doing what most people do - working hard, staying busy, ticking off responsibilities and assuming that was just the way life worked.

But over time, I realised that what I wanted wasn't necessarily more.

I wanted more choice.

More freedom to decide how my days looked.
More flexibility to be there when it mattered.
More control over how I spend my time.

That's what makes the biggest difference.

💬 As Steve Jobs once said:

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life" ✨

That quote has always resonated with me because our time is our most valuable asset. Once it's gone, we can never get it back.

The beautiful thing is that small decisions made today can create very different possibilities tomorrow 🌱

💭 If you had more flexibility in your life, what would you do differently?

I'd love to hear your answer below - and if you're a quiet observer, perhaps take a moment to think about it for yourself 💛

I used to think work had to happen in one place.

One desk.
One office.
One location.

🌞 Now, some of my favourite working moments happen in a sunny café, at my dining table, in a quiet holiday destination, or anywhere with good coffee and Wi-Fi ☕💻

It's not really about where I work.

It's about having the choice.

The flexibility to design my days differently.
The freedom to work around life instead of fitting life around work.
The ability to say "yes" to opportunities, experiences, and moments that matter.

As the saying goes:

✨ "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all." ~ Helen Keller

For me, flexibility has changed far more than my work environment.
It's changed how I experience life.

And that's something I'm grateful for every single day 💛

👉 Where is your favourite place to work or think outside the usual routine?

One of the biggest shifts for me?

Moving from living by obligation… to living by choice.

For a long time, life felt like a series of things I had to do.

Get up. Go to work. Follow the schedule. Fit life into the gaps.

Like so many people, I was doing what was expected and ticking all the boxes. But deep down, I often felt like I was living according to everyone else's priorities rather than my own.

Over time, I realised that freedom isn't just about having more money or more time.

It's about having choices.

The choice to be there for the people who matter most.
The choice to travel when you want to.
The choice to work around your life instead of building your life around work.

That shift didn't happen overnight. It came from making small, intentional decisions that gradually gave me more flexibility, more control, and more ownership over how I spend my days.

As Mahatma Gandhi said:

"The future depends on what you do today."

That quote reminds me that the life we want isn't created all at once. It's built through the choices we make, the opportunities we pursue, and the courage to take a different path when something no longer fits.

Now, my days aren't perfect, but they are intentional.

I choose how I spend my time.
I choose what I prioritise.
I choose how my days feel.

And that sense of control is something I'll never take for granted ❤️

Maybe it starts with one small choice today 🙌

Losing my job after 20 years turned out to be one of the greatest gifts of my life 🎁

At the time, it felt anything but.

After more than two decades building my university teaching career, I suddenly found myself facing uncertainty, fear, and a complete lack of control over what came next.

For a while, I focused on everything I had lost.

Then I made a decision that changed everything.

I stepped outside my comfort zone and explored a completely different path.

Looking back now, what felt like a setback was actually a redirection.

Today, I have the freedom and flexibility to work when and where I choose. I can build my business around my life instead of fitting my life around my work.

I've grown not only professionally, but personally too - developing a stronger mindset, building leadership skills, and becoming more confident than I ever imagined possible.

One of the greatest gifts has been the people. I'm surrounded by growth-minded, inspiring individuals who have also chosen to pivot from traditional careers to create more freedom, flexibility and fulfilment with the people they love most ❤️

As Jim Rohn said:

💬 "Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change."

That quote resonates with me now more than ever.

Today, I feel nothing but gratitude for that unexpected turning point.

Sometimes the things we fear most become the very experiences that lead us to a better life.

💗 If you've ever experienced a career pivot that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, I'd love to hear your story below.

One of the things I’ve grown to appreciate most on this journey is the opportunity to lead alongside incredible people 💞

This week, I had the privilege of sharing hosting duties on one of our global Zoom training calls with my lovely friend Jodie ~ a fellow mumpreneur from Australia, who I absolutely love working with! At the same time, Mel handled introductions, and Sue kept everything running seamlessly on the controls. A pretty special Trans-Tasman team effort 🇳🇿🇦🇺

There was something really special about seeing 2 Kiwis and 2 Aussies at the helm, connecting with hundreds of colleagues from around the world 🌏

Our topic was all about what it really takes to create sustainable, long-term success in the online business space and join the $50k Club (over $50,000 USD profit in a single month 💵). Not quick wins… but the mindset, growth, consistency, leadership and belief that create momentum over time 🚀

“Surround yourself only with people who are going to lift you higher.” ~ Oprah Winfrey 💗

I’m always inspired by the calibre of men and women I get to learn from, grow with and work alongside in our online entrepreneurial community ~ empowering, generous and committed to helping others grow 📈

Very grateful to have been invited to contribute and share this space ✨

💫 What if the next chapter of your life gave you more freedom… not less?

🔹 More flexibility.
🔹 More time for the people and moments that matter most.
🔹 More control over how you work, live and earn.

A few years ago, I never imagined I’d be able to build a business that allowed me to work from anywhere, create an income online, and design life more on my own terms.

Today, I’m grateful every day for the freedom this journey has created - not just financially, but in the way I live my life 💗

If you’re feeling ready for something different…

🔸 More flexibility
🔸 Personal growth
🔸 A lifestyle-focused business model
🔸 Support, mentorship & community
🔸 The ability to work from anywhere

…then perhaps it’s time to explore what’s possible for you too.

📩 Send me a DM with the word FREEDOM, and I’ll happily share more information about what I do and how this business model works.

Your next chapter really can look different 💫

So incredibly proud of Zara, my 12-year-old daughter, today 🥹💛

She faced her fears and completed a bungy jump off the Auckland Harbour Bridge with a group of courageous kids from her school. Watching her take that leap was equal parts terrifying and inspiring!

Meanwhile… I was proudly cheering from the sidelines because there is absolutely NO way I could ever do it myself 😅😂

But it really got me thinking…

So much of growth in life ~ and in business ~ comes down to being willing to step beyond our comfort zone.

Fear, self-doubt and limiting beliefs can feel so real. We tell ourselves:
“I could never do that.”
“What if I fail?”
“What if I’m not capable?”

Yet often, the biggest breakthroughs happen on the other side of the very thing that scares us most.

Courage isn’t about not being afraid.
It’s about taking the leap anyway 🙌

Today, Zara reminded me of that beautifully 💛

✨ Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and the life we want… is the story we keep telling ourselves about what we’re capable of.

If this resonated with you, maybe it’s time to ask yourself:
What’s one fear or limiting belief you’re ready to move beyond?

💞 Happy Mother's Day 💞

To all of you who care for others ~ in ways big and small, seen and unseen ~ today is for you too 💗

Today feels like a moment to pause and reflect on just how much I have to be grateful for… my family, my health, my freedom, my business, and the beautiful people I’m surrounded by every day. I don’t take any of it for granted 🙏

But above everything else, there is nothing I am more grateful for than being a mum to my two incredible children, Emre and Zara. They are my greatest gift 💝

I hope you’re enjoying this special day as much as I am ~ my heart is very full ❤️

One of the biggest shifts for me?

Moving from living by obligation… to living by choice.

For a long time, life felt like a series of things I had to do.
Schedules, expectations, and routines that left little room to breathe.

But over time, something shifted.
Not overnight… just small decisions that started to give me more space, more flexibility, more control.

💬 “Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.” ~ Jim Rohn

That quote really stayed with me.
Because it reminded me that change doesn’t have to be dramatic… it just has to begin.

Now, I choose how I spend my time.
I choose what I prioritise.
I choose how my days feel.

And that?
It changes everything ✨

Maybe it starts with one small choice 🌱
