The Level of Identity ✨

What if the next level of your life doesn’t require you to simply do more…

This has been a key theme on our company training calls recently, and honestly, it has had a profound impact on me.

One of the most powerful principles in personal development is that our results tend to reflect the identity we hold about ourselves.

If you continue to see yourself as someone who is trying to succeed, you will make decisions from that identity.

If you see yourself as someone who is capable, resourceful, confident and committed to creating an extraordinary life, your decisions begin to change. 💫

And when your decisions change, your actions change.

When your actions change, your results change.

So often we ask:

“What do I need to do differently?”

Perhaps the more powerful question is:

“Who do I need to become?” 🔥

Your next level may require a new level of belief in yourself.

A new standard.

A new way of thinking.

A new willingness to step outside what feels comfortable.

A new identity.

I know for me, this is something I’m continuing to work on every single day.

Because changing your life isn’t just about changing your circumstances.

✨ Monday Reminder: Gratitude Changes Everything ✨

Today, I’m choosing to pause and appreciate all that I have - the people I love, the lessons I’ve learned, the opportunities in front of me, the challenges that have helped me grow, and even the things I once wished for that are now simply part of my life.

And I’m equally grateful for all that is still to come ❤️

There is something incredibly powerful about being grateful for where you are while still being excited about where you’re going.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to know exactly how it will all unfold.

Just keep moving forward, keep believing, keep growing - and trust that there is more good ahead.

“Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” 🙏

So, here’s to a new week.
A fresh start.
New possibilities.
And being grateful for the journey - all of it! ✨

✨ What a night! Auckland, you showed up! ✨

Sharing a few photos from our World Tour live event in Auckland on Wednesday evening - and looking back through them has made me even more grateful for the people I get to do this journey with. ❤️

The best part? Seeing so many of my team there - NZ-based business owners who had travelled by car, plane, train and bus just to be in the room together.

For many, it was their very first live event, and I loved watching them experience it all for themselves.

Our company founders had flown in from the US and were in fine form - inspiring, genuine and relatable as always. We also welcomed so many guests who came along to find out what we actually do, ask questions and experience the possibility of building something online for themselves.

And then there was a personal highlight for me…

I was given the honour of introducing our company owner, Shane, which was such a privilege - and something that would definitely have been outside my comfort zone a few years ago!

These days, stepping outside my comfort zone has become one of my superpowers. 😄

I also had the opportunity to share a little of my own story with everyone in the room, which I’m always grateful for. Because I know what it feels like to wonder if there could be another way… and I also know what can happen when you’re willing to explore the possibility.

So much gratitude! 💛

And now the World Tour has crossed the ditch to Australia and is heading to Sydney on Monday night, August 10th! 🇦🇺

Leadership is service in action 💛

This week I had the privilege of hosting one of our global training calls alongside this wonderful bunch of "Kiwis" (well... almost! 😊).

What I love most is the diversity of our team. Jess was born in South Africa and now calls Auckland home. Louise is originally from the Netherlands and lives in the beautiful Waikato. Bruce is a proud Kiwi who divides his time between New Zealand and the Gold Coast. And I'm Auckland-born and bred.

Despite our different backgrounds, we're united by a shared purpose - to serve, support and empower others to grow in business, leadership and life.

I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a community where collaboration is valued over competition, and where leaders generously share their experience to help others succeed.

A huge thank you to Bruce, Louise and Jess for making it such an enjoyable session. It's a privilege to learn alongside leaders who genuinely care about the success of others.
