I am sure you will all no doubt understand that our Centenary Celebrations sadly had to be cancelled. After many considerations to rebook dates for later in the year I am sure that you will agree that due to unprecedented times and unknown future outbreaks of COVID19 that our school celebratory weekend may need to look a little different to what we originally planned as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to host any large number of attendees at events during Level Lockdowns for the rest of the centenary year.
Therefore we have cancelled the High Tea and Chatter and Platter for 2021 and instead have decided to have one event at our 2021 Flag Day on the 7th December. You may want to put this date in your diary. More information will come out later in Term 4 once we have finalised exactly what this will look like so please keep an eye out for further emails coming you way.
As you have already paid for your tickets to our weekend events we would like to arrange for these to be reimbursed to you. This will be arranged next week by reimbursing your original method of payment (ie: depositing back into the account that the funds came out of, visa/mastercard etc). If you do not want us to do this you are welcome to email [email protected]. Please provide your name and the amount that you paid. Once we have arranged the payment a further email will be sent to you to confirm that this has been done.
If you have purchased memorabilia we will still be able to get this to your address that you originally gave us. This will be arranged when we are back in level 2 and back at school.
We are very sorry that these events have had to be cancelled but hope that our new event on 7 December will still be a fun event for you all to attend.
