Jigsaw Tutors Jigsaw Tutoring - putting the pieces together. The last two years of the Covid pandemic may have impacted on your child’s learning.

This may be especially evident for students that have transitioned from primary school to intermediate or secondary school during this period. We are passionate about teaching. We would love to help your child gain the essential knowledge that they need to succeed in their educational journey and life. Key to this is closing any gaps that may have developed in their learning. We are also available

for students to build on their existing ability to achieve at an excellence level. Sarah is a fully qualified secondary school teacher. Adam works in the financial banking sector and is an experienced tutor. Based in Forrest Hill, we are offering:

English tutoring for Years 3-13
Maths tutoring for Years 4-11
Science tutoring for Years 9-11
Social Studies tutoring Years 9-13

Each $50 lesson will be 45 minutes of one-on-one tutoring to ensure your child maximises their learning time with me. We also offer casual lessons to assist with NCEA internal assessments, as well as group lessons for primary Maths and English. Commencing in Term 3, we are offering group English lessons that will cater for students in Years 3-6. Learning in small groups of approximately 4 students, lessons will cover learning to read with phonics, sentence and paragraph construction, comprehension, spelling, and grammar. Homework will also be provided.

The weekly 45 minute lesson, costing $30 per student, will take place on a Wednesday after-school at 5pm-5.45pm.
