تقدم الرخصة الدولية للقيادة الرقمية نموذجًا جديدًا لتقييم القدرة الرقمية.
لا تتعامل مع الثقافة الرقمية كدورة تدريبية قصيرة أو شهادة نظرية.
تركز على ما يفعله الفرد فعليًا داخل البيئة الرقمية، وليس فقط ما يعرفه.
تعتمد الرخصة على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية:

الهدف هو تمكين مواطنة رقمية آمنة ومسؤولة، وضمان مشاركة موثوقة في بيئة رقمية مشتركة.


The International Digital Driving License introduces a new way to assess digital capability.
It does not treat digital literacy as a short course or a simple certificate.
It tests whether a person can act safely, responsibly, and effectively in real digital situations.
IDDL focuses on three anchors:
Digital skills
Cybersecurity awareness
AI competency
The aim is to support safe digital citizenship and trusted participation in digital environments.
