While 2020 has seen a big focus on business coaching and support - we're also seeing the need to dive deep, personally. To support individuals and couples who feel stuck in a relationship rut and want to plan their way out of it.

I'm going to get personal for a moment.

My marriage ended.

One might ask how a successful psychotherapist's marriage ended. I sure did. Apart from the fact that maybe a Harley Davidson should have been bought, I discovered that most relationships go through a negative cycle - often relating to earlier life experiences.

A combination of my personal and professional experiences have enabled me to develop a framework that clarifies the negative cycle. It's a process based on the view that it's neither a lack of insight or conflict that leads to a relationship breaking down.

If you're feeling stuck in your relationship, searching for a new way forward - you don't have to do it alone. Sometimes it's as simple as an evidence-based yet intuitive-led perspective that can help to propel you forward.
