Fresh bread, full hearts 🥖💛
Our amazing students and tutors at our Auckland Central campus hosted a bread sale at Cafe Kai Pai (our on campus cafe), raising funds for Starship Hospital. Every loaf helped make a difference for Kiwi kids and their whānau.

AUREUM – The Five Elements Experience ⭐
Aureum marked the final showcase for our Level 5 Cookery students at Auckland Central Campus - a sophisticated culinary journey inspired by the five ancient elements: Earth, Wood, Fire, Metal, and Water. Each dish paid tribute to its element through thoughtful flavour combinations, innovative techniques, and beautifully executed textures.
The event not only highlighted the students’ creativity and discipline but also demonstrated their growing mastery as emerging chefs, blending storytelling with culinary artistry. Stakeholders, including industry professionals and experienced chefs, offered excellent feedback, acknowledging the high standard of the event, along with a few constructive insights to support continued growth.
