This week, we have been working on creating some art crafts with sustainable resources. Our tamariki have loved being a part of these learning experiences.

This week we celebrated Cook Island Language Week here at Little Bunny! It was such a lovely chance for the kids to learn about diversity, connect with one another, and soak up our inclusive multicultural ECE centre vibe. Such joyful moments of curiosity and teamwork all round 😊

What a fun and festive week enjoying a lot of creative physical play! ✨ Our little tamariki got super creative with all the physical activities. They got plenty of chances to learn to better control their movements, share with peers, take turns and cheer with everybody's little successes.It’s been a week full of fun, laughter!

A huge thank you to the amazing St John team for visiting Little Bunny Childcare!

Our tamariki had such a great time learning about staying safe and exploring the ambulance. There were lots of smiles, curious questions, and hands-on learning throughout the visit.

We really appreciate St John taking the time to share such important safety messages in a way that was fun and engaging for our children. Thank you for making it such a special experience!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Matariki together! Our tamariki enjoyed a range of Matariki activities, worked together to prepare a delicious vegetable soup, and shared a special kai with their friends and teachers.

A big thank you to our wonderful whānau for contributing vegetables to make our celebration so meaningful. 💙

🌿 At Little Bunny, our outdoor environment provides wonderful opportunities for tamariki to explore with their senses, build friendships, and develop their fine & gross motor skills through active play. Every day is filled with fun, confidence, and new discoveries! ☀️💚

Learning through play is the best way! 🚦🎶 This week we had so much fun making our own traffic lights, singing songs about road safety, and playing games to learn simple traffic rules. ❤️🚗🚶

🐉 Happy Dragon Boat Festival！
Our tamariki explored the festival through a hands-on experience of touching bamboo leaves, helping to wrap zongzi, smelling the delicious aroma, and tasting this special traditional treat！Yummy！

It was a wonderful opportunity to learn about Chinese culture using all of our senses. The tamariki were curious, engaged, and excited to try something new!

At Little Bunny, each child enjoys participating in a variety of enriching activities that encourage free exploration, creativity, and innovation.

It is lovely to see them growing in confidence, developing new skills, and discovering their interests through meaningful learning experiences.
