Agstaff needs skilled mechanics now!
🧑🔧 We are seeking a qualified Agricultural Mechanic/Service Technician for the standard servicing, repairs, pre-delivery and building of agricultural machinery.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with staff, clients and suppliers, and building trust with clients during onsite repairs.
- Comply with work safety standards
- Service, repair, and building of agricultural machinery
- Attend training workshops
✅ About You
You will be a self-starter that can work independently in the field. You motivate and support a workshop team, lead by example and foster morale and inclusivity. You take direction well and lead when required.
You have a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to efficiently and accurately diagnose mechanical faults and knowledge of current and evolving technologies in machinery.
You're eager to build your skill set through training opportunities and apply them to your work. You're reliable and can meet deadlines while providing quality work and exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience with Agricultural machinery is highly beneficial.
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic /Technician
- Manual Drivers license
- Available for rostered on-call work during peak season
