The Oaks Early Learning Centre

At The Oaks ELC, we have been focusing on and learning about the significance of Anzac Day.

The tamariki did a fantastic job making our Preschool wreath and all enjoyed participating in the different activities throughout the week.

The Oak & Sapling Room tamariki love getting messy while exploring their creativity in the sandpit ✨

A lot of teamwork went into making this river in the sandpit!

We have had a busy couple of weeks here at The Oaks ELC!
There has been lots of learning throughout the rooms as we play alongside each other, explore our environment and have fun ✨

The tamariki in the Sapling room have been taking such great care of our vegetable garden 🌱
We are looking forward to harvesting some of our produce to take into our kitchen ✨

We have had a busy few weeks here at The Oaks as we opened up our Preschool to the community ✨
It has been such a pleasure getting to know our children and families and is great to see everyone settling in so well.
The Spring weather has been fantastic and we have loved exploring with sand, water and messy play in our outdoor environments ☀️

We are really excited to open our doors to our community. We would love to show you around, so feel free to pop in for a visit!

Our indoor play room has been designed to cater for all kinds of exploring! We have some climbing equipment so children can challenge themselves physically, as well as areas such as our teepee and sandpit space where they can be imaginative and creative as they interact with each other ✨
