Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to counsel students, explain complex information clearly, and build professional relationships.
Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills such as attention to detail, documentation management, and proficiency with basic office software and data entry tools.
Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-management skills, including problem-solving, responsiveness to student needs, and a student-focused approach.
Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues, coordinate with partner institutions, and contribute to events and outreach activities.
Candidates should possess adaptability and cultural awareness, with an interest in international education systems and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
A bachelorβs degree in education, management, social sciences, business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in education consulting, counseling, or administrative roles.
Fluency in English and Nepali, strong ethical standards, and a commitment to supporting students toward long-term academic and career success are highly beneficial.
