Last week, I met my old friend Shishir in a restaurant, and I asked him how many grandchildren he has. He said I have 3 granddaughters, and I asked him, what is their ages? He said that I won’t tell you this way. As you are a math enthusiastic, I will tell you it in the form of a mathematical problem. The product of their ages is 72. Then I replied, I cannot figure it out. Then he said the sum of their ages is the number of people. Again, I was confused. Then he said that my elder granddaughter started playing piano. Then I was able to tell the answer. Can you find their ages?

यही मंसीर २२ गते शनिवारका दिन म्याथमेटिकल एसोसियसन अफ नेपाल MAN गण्डकी प्रदेशले संचालन गरेको कास्की जिल्ला स्तरीय म्याथमेटिकल ओलम्प्याड DMO को नतिजा सार्वजनिक गरेको छ । उक्त प्रतिस्पर्धामा कास्की जिल्लाका विभिन्न सामुदायिक तथा संस्थागत विद्यालयका करिव २०० जना विद्यार्थीहरु एकल प्रतिस्पर्धामा समावेश भएका थिए । उक्त DMO मा मदरल्याण्ड मा. वि. का आशिष अधिकारी ३६ अंक सहित सर्वोत्कृष्ट भएका छन भने, गण्डकी वोर्डिङ स्कुलका अस्मीत रेग्मी ३४ अंक सहित दोस्रो र गण्डकी वोर्डिङ स्कुलकै प्रशुन अधिकारी ३३ अंक सहित तेस्रो भएका छन । अन्य विद्यार्थीहरुको अंक सहितको विवरण तल दिइएको छ । यस प्रतिस्पर्धामा उत्र्तीण करिव १६ विद्यालयका ११७ जना विद्यार्थीहरु आगामी महिना हुने प्रदेश स्तरीय प्रतिस्पर्धामा भाग लिनेछन ।
