Special Guest Mr. Basudev Dahal, First Vice President of ECAN Central, also shared valuable insights and suggestions regarding the challenges and opportunities within the educational consultancy sector.

This is a remarkable achievement for the ECAN community, as our member contributes to this global survey — making us all proud. 🇳🇵👏

The survey highlights the importance of agent training and hybrid learning to better support students worldwide. 🎓

The world’s largest international agent survey, the 2025 edition of ICEF Agent voice gathered feedback from 1,225 agents across 113 countries.

A significant trend that comes up year on year, is that agents want more training from their partner institutions. With many showing a preference for hybrid learning, it is clear that agent partners wish to be more informed and more regularly updated in order to effectively support their students.
