गोबिन्द बल्लभ पन्त नेफ्सा अवार्ड ट्रस्टका तर्फ बाट अध्यक्ष हिक्मत थापाले सन २०२१ का लागि त्रिभुवन विश्वविधालय तर्फ पोखरा बिज्ञान तथा प्रबिधि क्याम्पस (PBPC) , पोखराकि दिक्षा सिल्पकार र पुर्वान्चल विश्वविधालय तर्फ कलेज अफ एप्लाइड फुड एन्ड डेरी टेक्नोलोजी काठमाडौं कि भावना हुमागाई लाई प्रदान गरिने घोषणा गर्नु भएको हो ।
नेपाल खाध प्रबिधि बिद्यार्थी संघ ( नेफ्सा ) का दोश्रो कार्यकालका अध्यक्ष पन्तको स्मृतिमा स्थापित उक्त पुरस्कार नेपाल भरकै खाध प्रबिधि अध्ययन गराइने स्नातक तहका उत्कृष्ट बिद्यार्थी मध्य दुई जनालाई प्रतेक वर्ष प्रदान गरिने गरेको कोषका उपाध्यक्ष हरिहर गुरागाईले बताउनु भयो । बि. स. २०६९ बाट शुरु गरिएको पुरस्कारको यो नवौ श्रृङखला हो । कोरना प्रकोपका कारणले पुरस्कार घोषणा गरेर पनि बितरण गर्न नसकिएको सन २०१९ को पुरस्कारका बिजेताहरुलाई पनि यो बर्षको पुरस्कार सङ्गै यसै वर्ष एक बिशेष कार्यक्रम बिच पुरस्कार हस्तान्तरण गरिनेछ ।
नेपालमा बि. टेक खाध प्रविधि अध्यापन गराइने सबै कलेजका चौथो बर्षका बिध्यार्थी सहभागी हुन पाउने यस पुरस्कारमा पहिलो, दोस्रो र तेस्रो बर्षको परिक्षामा पाएको अंक र खाद्य प्रविधि क्षेत्रमा उक्त तिन बर्षमा बिध्यार्थीले गरेका अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलापको मूल्याङ्कन गरेर यो पुरस्कार प्रदान गरिन्छ।

The modern agriculture system in Nepal is not well conceptualized which puts millions of Nepalese at risk from its impact on reduced agriculture production and food security.
The UNLEASH Nepal Hack will address the multidimensional aspect of SDG 2: Zero Hunger & SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure focusing on improving the agribusiness sector and food innovation management.
The Hack takes place on Saturday 30th of April and Saturday 7th of May 2022. Teams are also expected to advance their ideas in between the two Hack days by reaching out to relevant community members. At the end of the Hack, each team will deliver a 3 minute pitch. The most promising solutions are offered a spot in the UNLEASH Plus program which is a 6 month accelerator co-hosted by Chemonics International.
