Some beautiful glimpses from our first Samarpan workshop in Mumbai at , in collaboration with 🫶🏻❤️
A powerful morning filled with breath, movement, discipline, and deep presence ✨
This 90-minute intermediate-level practice was intense, challenging, and at the same time deeply grounding. From flowing through asanas to holding stillness in the breath, every moment carried its own depth.
What made it truly special was the collective energy in the room — so many dedicated practitioners coming together, pushing their limits, yet staying connected within. Watching everyone move with awareness, strength, and sincerity was beautiful to witness 🙏🏻
Grateful for the wonderful collaboration with for their comfortable and supportive mats, and heartfelt thanks to each one of you who showed up and trusted the process.
This was just the beginning for Samarpan in Mumbai… many more such mornings of practice, connection, and growth await 💫
We will get along if your heart feels more at home in spaces like this… rather than in crowded clubs 🫶🏻💕
