१) कक्षा १२ पास हुन सबै विषयमा कम्तीमा Theory मा कम्तीमा D grade र Internal ko ni marks minimum launu parxa c grade
२) १ वा २ वटा विषयमा NG आयो भने तुरुन्तै हुने Grade Promotion exam मा सहभागी हुन पाइन्छ । 3
३) ३ वा ३ भन्दा बढी विषयमा NG आयो भने अर्को वर्ष Regular विद्यार्थीसँग grade promotion exam दिन पाइन्छ । NG आएका विषयको मात्र grade promotion exam दिए हुन्छ ।
३) Grade promotion exam बढिमा ३ पटक मात्र दिन पाइन्छ ।
