Children’s Paradise Child Care Center and Pre-school is the ONLY pre-school in Nepal which caters for both mainstream and special needs children, established and duly registered in the year 2005 after much fervent prayer and direction of God to go beyond feeling helpless in the face of adversity especially with children with special needs, to make a change in their lives for the better. In Nepal all special needs children are denied access to nursery, pre-schools and grade schools – but some can be accepted here. There is no race, religious or cultural discrimination. The philosophy at Children’s Paradise is one of full integration and the school achieves remarkable results with many of its special needs students eventually going on to attend mainstream schools.
