✅ Military armies do drills to teach quick obedience, teamwork, and discipline so soldiers respond automatically to commands under stress.

💢 Key Reasons for Military Drills:

✅ Instant Obedience:
Troops learn to react to orders without hesitation.
✅ Teamwork and Unity:
Soldiers practice moving as one single unit instead of a confused crowd.
✅ Discipline and Focus:
Repetition builds self-control and attention to small details.
✅ Orderly Movement:
Drills historically helped large groups move safely from point A to point B.
✅ Tradition and Pride:
Ceremonial marches honor military history and build group spirit.

💢 Pull ups tips for beginners 👍👍

✅ Pull-ups are a powerful upper-body exercise that build serious muscle and functional strength. They target your lats, upper back, shoulders, arms, and core by forcing you to lift your entire body weight against gravity...

✅ Before he died,a father said to his son:

Here is a watch your grandfather gave me. It is almost 200 years old. Before I give it to you, take it to the jewellery store and see how much they offer.

Son: They offered $150 because it's too old.
Father: Now go to the pawn shop.
Son: They offered $10 because it looks too worn out.
Father: Now take it to the museum.
Son: The curator offered $500,000 for this very rare piece to be included in their antique collections.

Then the father said:
The right place values you in the right way. Don't find yourself in the wrong place and get angry if you are not valued. Those that know your value are those who appreciate you. Don't stay in a place where nobody sees your value.

The moral of the story:
Your value doesn't decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth.
