🌿💊 Celebrating World Pharmacist Day, 25 September 2026 💊🌿
Pharmacy Program, Gandaki University successfully organized a Herbal Garden Plantation Program on the occasion of World Pharmacist Day, celebrating the important role of pharmacists and promoting the conservation and sustainable use of medicinal plants. 🌱
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our respected Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Indra Prasad Tiwari, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Krishna Raj Adhikari, Registrar, Dr. Dhakaram Bhandari, Acting Dean, Faculty of Science and Technology, Er. A truly proud moment for Gandaki University. Heartiest congratulations to our first Batch students for achieving an outstanding 100% pass rate in the 31st Pharmacist Licensing Examination conducted by the Nepal Pharmacy Council on Bhadra 27, 2083. In the current examination, only 208 out of 610 candidates (34.1%) successfully passed. Against this challenging national result, our students have achieved a remarkable 100% success rate. This reflects their hard work and determination. It also reflects the dedication of our faculty, the quality of our curriculum, and the commitment of our staff. As pioneers, our founding batch has laid a strong foundation for the future of our program. I sincerely acknowledge the vision and support of the higher authorities, past and present, and the dedicated efforts of our faculty members and commitments of all the staff. Special appreciation goes to the parents and families who trusted a new university and believed in the potential of their children. My heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and contributed to this journey. Congratulations, dear students, on this historic achievement. May your success inspire those who follow.

प्राकृतिक विपद्का कारण बाढीपहिरोबाट प्रभावित तथा बढी पीडित परिवारहरूको दुःखमा केही भए पनि साथ दिने उद्देश्यले गण्डकी विश्वविद्यालय, फार्मेसी कार्यक्रमको तर्फबाट सानो सहयोग गर्ने प्रयास गरेका छौँ। 🙏

June 12, 2026@ One day industrial visit to NIVIX Pharmaceuticals Limited by Third Batch students (6th semester), located at Byas-10, Tanahun, Nepal. Students had practical exposure and firsthand experience of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control, quality assurance, HVAC system, AHU system and pharma waste management facilities.
