शान्ती आफै भित्र हुन्छ, यसलाई बाहिर नखोज ।

२. आफ्नै तर्क र विवेकले स्विकार नगरेसम्म पढेको वा सुनेको कुरामा विश्वस नगर ।

३. यदी आफैलाई सच्चा प्रेम गर्दछौ भने तिमीले अरूलाई पिडा दिन सक्दैनौ ।

४. हामी जे सोच्दछौ उँही बन्दछौ ।

५. उद्यमीका लागि प्रत्येक दिन भाग्योदय हुन्छ ।

६. त्यही व्यक्ति धार्मिक हो जसले अर्काको निम्ती त्याग गर्न सक्छ ।

७. वितेको समय र आउने समयको चिन्ता नगर, वर्तमान क्षणमाथि नै मनलाई एकाग्र गर ।

८. लगनबाट ज्ञान प्राप्त हुन्छ, लगनको अभावमा ज्ञान हराउँछ ।

९. यदी विद्यार्थी तयार छ भने शिक्षक स्वतं उपस्थित हुन्छ ।

१०. हमी आफ्नो रिसका लागि होइन रिसद्वार दण्डित हुन्छौ ।

११. हजारौ युद्धहरू जित्नुभन्दा महत्वपूर्ण कुरा हो, आफैलाई चिन्नु । यही नै तिम्रो विजय हो । यसलाई तिमीबाट खोस्न सकिदैन न त परीद्वारा न त प्रेतद्वारा ।

१२. हाम्रो मस्तिष्कनै सबैथोक हो । हामी जे सोच्दछौ त्यही बन्दछौ ।

१३. शान्ती आफै भित्रबाट आउदछ । यसलाई बाहिर नखोज ।

१४. हाम्रो बाटो आकाशतर्फ होइन आफ्नै हृदयतर्फ हुनुपर्दछ ।

१५. मैले यो हेर्दिन कि के के गरिसके, मैले यो हेर्दछु कि के के गर्न बाकी छ ।

१६. हजार खोक्रा शब्दहरूभन्दा शान्ती दिने एक शब्दनै उत्तम हुन्छ ।

१७. जिब्रो एउटा त्यस्तो छुरी हो जसले खुन ननिकाली काट्न सक्छ ।

१८. हज्जारौ मैनबत्ती एउटा मैनबत्तीको प्रकाश कम नगराइ जलाउन सकिन्छ । यसरी नै खुसी बाढ्दा बढ्ने गर्छ ।

१९. आफ्नो उद्दारको लागि स्वयंमा निर्भर रहनुपर्दछ, अन्यमा होइन ।

२०. धार्मिक त्यही हो जसले अरूका निम्ती त्याग गर्न सक्छ ।

२१. एउटा पुरै गाग्री थोपा थोपा पानीले भरिने हो ।

२२. घृणा घृणाद्वारा घट्दैन बल्कि यो प्रेमद्वारा घट्दछ, यो शास्वत नियम हो ।

२३. स्वास्थ्य सबैभन्दा महान् उपहार हो, संतोष सबैभन्दा ठूलो धन र विश्वसनीयता सबैभन्दा उत्तम सम्बन्ध हो ।

२४. विगतमा ध्यान नदेउ, भविष्यको सपना नदेख, वर्तमानमा आफ्नो ध्यान लगाउ ।

२५. जो मानिस दोश्रोको इर्ष्या गर्दछ, उसको मनमा कहिल्यै शान्ती मिल्दैन ।
