Children’s Day
Children are the foundation and future of every society. They are innocent, pure, and full of potential, which makes their protection and development very important. To honor children and raise awareness about their rights, Children’s Day is celebrated across the world on different dates. The United Nations first declared Children’s Day in 1954, and later chose November 20 as Universal Children’s Day. This day focuses on promoting love, care, and the welfare of children.
In Nepal, Children’s Day is celebrated every year on September 14. On this date in 1990, Nepal signed and ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which ensures children’s right to survival, protection, development, and participation. Since then, this day has been marked with programs, speeches, and activities to spread awareness about child rights.
The main reason for celebrating this day is to remind parents, teachers, and society that children deserve proper education, health care, and guidance. It also aims to discourage child labor, child marriage, discrimination, and neglect. A child-friendly environment is essential for their bright future.
Celebrating Children’s Day teaches us that by protecting children today, we are building a better tomorrow.

यस विद्यालयमा आगामी 2082/5/29 आइतबारका दिन आयोजना गर्न लागेको बाल दिवस विशेष कार्यक्रम वर्तमान देशको दुःखद परिस्थितिको कारण स्थगित गरिएको छ।आन्दोलनरत विद्यार्थीहरुको असामयिक निधनले सम्पूर्ण देश शोकमग्न भएको अवस्थामा मनोरञ्जनात्मक वा उत्सवमूलक कार्यक्रम गर्नु उपयुक्त नहुने भएकाले कार्यक्रम हालका लागि रोकीएको छ।जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयको निर्देशनअनुसार अनावश्यक भीडभाड नगर्न अनुरोध गरिएकोले, विद्यालयले यसलाई कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याएको छ।
यस विशेष कार्यक्रमलाई देशको अवस्था सामान्य भएपछि विद्यालयले फेरि आयोजना गर्नेछ। साथै, भाद्र 24 र 25 बिध्यालय बन्द रही पठनपाठन ठप्प भएकोले गर्दा ,महिनाको अन्तिम आइतबार बिदा रहदै आएको विद्यालय यो पटक भने खुला रही दोस्रो त्रैमासिक परीक्षालाई ध्यानमा राखी अध्ययन–अध्यापन नियमित रूपमा सञ्चालन हुने कुरा विद्यार्थी तथा अभिभावक महानुभावलाई यो सूचना मार्फत अवगत गराइन्छ।
