Qualification and Experiences:

The candidate should be Bachelor's Graduate in the management field.
At least 1-year of experience in a related field of work. Motivated Freshers can also apply.

# Job Description:
- Assist the Counselor or Team Leader with applications, documentation.
- Commence with the Admission Officers of different Abroad Colleges as and when needed.
- Coordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application.
- Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
- Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging, and retrieving as required.
- Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
- Coordinate with Counselor or Team Leader regarding the processing and counseling guidance.
- Guide the students with visa interview preparation.
- Guide the students for pre-departure information.

• Answer social media, email, phone inquiries about the company.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Schedule appointments, meetings as required
• Ensure the reception area is tidy.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor

Skills & Qualification Requirements
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
