कामको संसार चिनाउने कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत सामाजिक उद्यमशीलता सिक्दै विद्यार्थीहरू ✨☕📚
२०८३ जेष्ठ १३ गते हाम्रो विद्यालयका विद्यार्थीहरूले फ्रिडम टु लर्न नेपालद्वारा पनौती–७, इन्द्रेश्वर मन्दिरको पश्चिम ढोका नजिक सञ्चालित पनौती क्याफे को शैक्षिक भ्रमण गरेका छन्।
यो भ्रमण केवल क्याफे अवलोकनमा सीमित रहेन; विद्यार्थीहरूले सामाजिक उद्यमशीलता (Social Entrepreneurship) को वास्तविक अभ्यासलाई नजिकबाट बुझ्ने अवसर पाए। मुनाफा वितरण नगर्ने कम्पनीको रूपमा स्थापित यस क्याफेले आफ्नो आम्दानीलाई शिक्षा तथा समुदाय विकासमा कसरी पुनः लगानी गर्छ भन्ने विषयमा उनीहरूले महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी हासिल गरे।
भ्रमणका क्रममा विद्यार्थीहरूले क्याफेको दैनिक सञ्चालन प्रक्रिया, व्यवसाय व्यवस्थापन, ग्राहक सेवा, वित्तीय पक्ष, लगानी तथा सञ्चालन खर्चका बारेमा सिकेका थिए। साथै, एउटा सानो व्यवसायले समाजमा सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ल्याउन कसरी योगदान गर्न सक्छ भन्ने प्रेरणादायी उदाहरण पनि उनीहरूले प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा देख्न पाए।
विद्यार्थीहरूले पनौती क्याफेमा हरेक दिन साँझ ४ बजेदेखि ६ बजेसम्म सञ्चालन हुने निःशुल्क ट्युसन कक्षाबारे जानकारी प्राप्त गरे, जहाँ विभिन्न विद्यालयका विद्यार्थीहरूलाई अतिरिक्त शैक्षिक सहयोग प्रदान गरिन्छ।
भ्रमणको क्रममा उनीहरूले ऐतिहासिक तथा धार्मिक महत्व बोकेको Indreshwar Mahadev Temple तथा त्यहाँ रहेको संग्रहालयको समेत अवलोकन गरेका थिए।
शिक्षा, उद्यमशीलता, सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व र सांस्कृतिक सम्पदालाई एकैसाथ जोड्ने यस प्रकारका अनुभवहरूले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई केवल पाठ्यपुस्तकको ज्ञान मात्र नभई जीवनोपयोगी सीप, नेतृत्व क्षमता र समाजप्रतिको उत्तरदायित्वबोध विकास गर्न महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्ने विश्वास लिएका छौँ।
“व्यवसाय केवल नाफा कमाउने माध्यम मात्र होइन, समाज परिवर्तनको शक्तिशाली साधन पनि बन्न सक्छ” भन्ने सन्देश यस भ्रमणले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई दिएको छ।

On 13th Jestha 2083, students from our school had the opportunity to visit Panauti Café, a social enterprise operated by Freedom To Learn Nepal near the western gate of Indreshwar Mahadev Temple in Panauti-7.
This educational visit was much more than a café tour. It provided students with a valuable opportunity to learn about social entrepreneurship in practice. They explored how a non-profit-distributing company can generate income while reinvesting its earnings to support education and community development.
During the visit, students gained insights into the daily operations of a café, including business management, customer service, financial planning, startup costs, and operational expenses. More importantly, they witnessed how a small business can create a meaningful social impact and contribute to positive change within the community.
The students also learned about the free tuition classes conducted at Panauti Café every day from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, providing additional educational support to children from both public and private schools.
In addition, they visited the historic and culturally significant Indreshwar Mahadev Temple and the museum located within the temple premises, enriching their understanding of local heritage and history.
By connecting education, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and cultural heritage, this experience helped students develop practical knowledge, leadership skills, and a deeper sense of responsibility toward their communities.
This visit reinforced an important message: business is not only about making profit—it can also be a powerful tool for creating positive social change.
