यस वर्ष पहिलो पटक नयाँ नीति लागू गरिएको थियो जसमा प्रत्येक विषयको सैद्धान्तिक (लेखित) भागमा कम्तिमा ३५% नल्याउने विद्यार्थीलाई अङ्क नपाउने (नन-ग्रेडेड) वर्गमा राखिएको थियो।

परिणाम बुधवार सार्वजनिक गर्ने योजना थियो, तर प्राविधिक समस्याका कारण आजको लागि स्थगित गरिएको थियो। यो परिणाम नयाँ पाठ्यक्रम अन्तर्गत पहिलो पटक एसईई परीक्षा दिएका विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि पत्राङ्कन मार्गनिर्देशन-२०७८ का दिशानिर्देश अनुसार प्रकाशित गरिएको थियो।

राष्ट्रिय परीक्षा बोर्ड,परीक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालयले यस वर्षको एसईई परीक्षाको नतिजा बिहीबारसम्म सार्वजनिक गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ । कक्षा १० का परीक्षा नियन्त्रक नन्दलाल पौडेलले नतिजा सार्वजनिक गर्ने अन्तिम तयारीमा पुगेको राससलाई जानकारी दिए।

Secondary Education Exam (SEE) Exam Routine 2080

In a significant announcement, the National Examination Board (NEB) of Nepal has laid out the schedule and guidelines for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) for the year 2080. The exams are set to take place from Chaitra 15th to Chaitra 27th, 2080, adhering to a comprehensive plan that incorporates the introduction of a new syllabus and a refined assessment methodology.

Record Registration Numbers

This year has seen an unprecedented number of registrations, with 489,444 candidates poised to undertake the examination. The gender distribution among the registrants is nearly even, with 246,004 male and 243,440 female candidates, highlighting the inclusive nature of the educational landscape in Nepal.

Geographical Distribution of Candidates

Koshi Province: 39,675 males and 40,484 females

Madhesh Province: 41,416 males and 40,797 females

Bagmati Province: 53,036 males and 50,420 females

Gandaki Province: 21,636 males and 20,853 females

Lumbini Region: 45,221 males and 45,851 females

Karnali: 16,020 males and 16,318 females

Far West: 27,809 males and 28,716 females

Examination Details and Instructions

The SEE 2080 will be conducted under the new syllabus, with a notable change in the evaluation process. A letter marking system will be employed, where scores below 35 percent will be designated as non-graded (NG). Additionally, students failing in up to two subjects will have the opportunity for grade improvement through subsequent examinations.

Key Guidelines for Candidates and Examination Centers:

Examination Timing: All exams will run from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Written Test Duration: For the new syllabus, 75-mark tests will have a 3-hour duration, and 50-mark tests will last for 2 hours. Grade increment exams will follow the old system's full marks and timings.

Emergency Provisions: Examinations will proceed as scheduled unless an emergency declaration from the NEB necessitates postponement.

Unified Examination for Regular and Grade Increase Candidates: Both groups will sit for their exams simultaneously, following the same schedule and center allocations.

Admit Card Requirement: Entry into the examination hall will require a valid admit card.

Examination Center Information: Details regarding examination centers will be communicated through the Education Development Directorate and Education Development and Coordination Units.

Mandatory Examination Center and Schedule Adherence: No alternate arrangements will be provided for candidates missing their scheduled exams.

Adherence to Assigned Symbol Numbers: Candidates must use the symbol number provided on their admit card; deviations will lead to automatic examination cancellation.

Special Arrangements for Disabled Examinees: Examination centers are instructed to coordinate necessary facilitations for disabled candidates.

Examination Center Consistency: No changes will be made to the examination center allocations for both regular and grade improvement groups.
