Lotus Eye School, Attariya invites applications for a qualified and experienced Pre-Primary In-Charge to lead our Early Childhood Education ECE department.

Key Requirements:

* Strong understanding of child development, early learning, and child psychology
* Fluent English communication and effective presentation skills
* Ability to implement activity-based, child-centred teaching approaches
* Proven leadership and coordination skills to manage pre-primary teachers
* Experience in mentoring and supporting teachers’ professional growth
* Competence in curriculum planning, classroom management, and modern teaching practices
* Openness to innovative and contemporary ECE methodologies

Salary: NPR 50,000 per month
