The end of an era - as the second cycle of Lamjung 2, we have all enjoyed our time on placement tremendously! We will all miss our placements and the amazing friends we have made a huge deal. We hope that all our efforts over the cycle have left the communities with new knowledge and skills that our sustainable activities offered. Dhanybhad Nepal!

VSO gives very good opportunities to people like me who are searching for personal development. Being a volunteer is helping me overcome my weaknesses, and helping me build strength. VSO is a platform that can make you stronger and will make you enthusiastic and optimistic everyday. Being far from home is a big challenge and I am overcoming this slowly. I got a chance to get to know UK volunteers and the people from Lamjung who are very friendly and kind hearted. This experience is life changing and I encourage more young people like me to volunteer.
