Surya Shiksha Sadan, is a non profitable coeducational boarding school located in the foothill of the Phoolchoki, Godavari, Lalitpur, Nepal. The Surya shiksha Sadan was visualized and conceptualized by our school’s patron and great philanthropist Mr. Elizabeth Roncoroni. e Surya Shiksha Sadan Foundation provides hostel accommodation for children from remote areas of Nepal, and supports them to complete their school level education, and post-school level academic and vocational courses along with enhancement of moral values with physical wellness. The goal of Surya Shiksha Sadan Private Limited Company is to provide schooling for the primary-aged children, who staying inside hostel, as well as children from orphanage hostels and other under-privileged children in Godamchaur area. The Surya Shiksha Sadan School is committed for preparing these under-privileged children to become self-reliant and responsible citizens for their communities, in their country and in the world. It seeks to provide a good educational culture/environment and quality education through primary schooling where Safety and security is given a high priority, and is supported through an earthquake resistant building. Starting with Grade I, the school provides primary school education upgrading a grade every year. The school buildings have been specially designed with all the facilities for a quality education based on international standards. The classrooms have been developed to facilitate the best teaching techniques correlating international standard pedagogy, with interactive board facilities. Each classroom has been divided into writing, reading and learning centers to cater for different learning needs of the children.
